WELCOME

Nancy has trained in the John Barnes Myofascial Release protocol with John Barnes himself.  Myofascial release is a safe, gentle effective method that can eliminate pain in the body and release fascial restrictions thus giving the patient results that last.  I find the source of the discomfort and restriction and go to where the body directs me.  Each hold can last 2 to 10 minutes and sometimes longer to enable the fascia to release. This work aims to enhance flexibility, reduce pain, and promote circulation by addressing the intricate web of connective tissue in your body.  Myofascial Release requires time and intention, quick rolling on a foam roller won't suffice.  Yoga can help but only 20% of what this work can do. Your health and wellness CAN be restored. 

What to wear: As a client you should wear shorts and a sports bra if a woman, men are OK with just shorts. I will generally send you home with self-care techniques that you should continue to use on a regular basis.
